In a short time he realised an established name in the maritime sector. By using specific knowledge, in house developed software and modern techniques such as CFD, excellent results are achieved.

With his many years of experience of 3D design and analysis software, Leo is responsible for the application of CFD, FEM and prototyping in Sip Marine. Leo graduated at Eindhoven University of Technology.

Sjouke Sipkema is an entrepreneur and stands for his designs and products. He graduated from Delft University of Technology, and is well-known as a prominent propeller designer for mega yachts and high speed craft, but also for inland shipping and fishing ships. During the past 20 years he designed over 5000 propellers.
